The SDPA Board of Directors to Lead DPAF Effective Immediately

The SDPA Board of Directors announced on Monday, Dec. 20, 2022, that it assumed leadership of the Dermatology PA Foundation, Inc. (DPAF), a 501c3 entity, effective immediately. The Board’s decision followed the Dec. 20 resignation of the DPAF Board of Trustees.
“The SDPA Board of Directors determined it is in the best interests of the entire dermatology Physician Assistant profession for the Board to lead DPAF into a future highlighted by growth, development, and ongoing success,” said Renata Block, MMS, PA-C, President of the SDPA Board of Directors. “We are committed to ensuring that DPAF fulfills its mission as a nonprofit engaged in research, scholarship, and philanthropy designed to improve the practice of dermatologic patient care.”
