Her leadership roles within the SDPA have included serving as Director-At-Large on the Board of Directors, Co-Chair of the CME Committee (recognized as Committee Chair of the Year in 2023), and Chief Delegate in the SDPA House of Delegates, representing SDPA at the national level within the American Association of Physician Associates House of Delegates to advocate for policy and legislative change.

Passionate about education and mentorship, Jameka enjoys speaking at national and regional conferences, lecturing at PA programs, and guiding pre-PA and PA students. Her dedication extends beyond the SDPA through her service as a former NCCPA PA Ambassador, where she helped contribute to outreach and communication strategies for the PA profession.

As Vice President, Jameka is committed to fostering leadership, professional development, and meaningful connections among members. She remains a strong advocate for diversity, excellence in patient care, and elevating DermPAs as trusted experts and leaders in the field.

With gratitude and enthusiasm, Jameka looks forward to continuing to serve her colleagues and contributing to the growth and advancement of the dermatology PA profession.
