Executive Director - Christine Ward, MS, PMP, CAE

Christine joined the SDPA in 2019 and is responsible for advancing strategic innovation for the organization. She has over 20 years of association management leadership within nursing regulation, education and women’s oncology. A proponent for ethical and visionary governance, she is recognized for expertise in delivering strong revenues, generating growth, driving turnarounds and building organizational value. Her mantra is “Let’s find a way.”

She is a Certified Association Executive and holds the Project Management Professional credential.

 

 

Director of Marketing & Communications - Blair Beggan

Blair has held various Communications positions for non-profit organizations for almost twenty years.  Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Communications for the Association of Air Medical Services. Other than communications and marketing, Blair's strengths include organizational branding, multi-tasking and making the most of limited resources.  Her weaknesses include dark chocolate, the occasional glass of wine and online shopping, sometimes all at the same time!  Blair received her Bachelor's degree from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) in upstate South Carolina.  She currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband, Mike and two teenage daughters, Grace and Taylor.

 



Director of Education - Sue Hagler

Sue joined the SDPA team in September 2019 and is responsible for overseeing the educational needs of the organization.  She has over 13 years of experience in continuing education in the healthcare industry.  Sue has received her Masters in Business Administration from Strayer University.  She enjoys helping members with their educational needs. 

 


 

Manager, Member Services - Mike Riddile

Mike joined the SDPA team in May 2019 and oversees the association’s member relations and benefits, ensuring that member needs are fulfilled with quality service. He brings an extensive background in association member services, most recently for a national telecommunications industry association. Mike enjoys connecting with members and is dedicated to supporting the vital work of dermatology physician assistants and their opportunities for professional growth.

 


 

Membership and Meetings Coordinator - Annette Hollingsworth

Annette joined the SDPA team in October 2019 as our Membership and Meetings Coordinator. She is responsible for membership database management, project management and meeting planning. She has over 15 years of experience in meeting management and membership retention. Annette received her Bachelor’s in business administration from Averett University and her Master's degree in Meetings Management from The George Washington University. She is also a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP). She currently resides in Maryland, with her husband, and son.
