Congratulations to Douglas DiRuggiero for being the only PA appointed to the Dermatology Hall of Fame Executive Board!

About the Dermatology Hall of Fame

The Dermatology Hall of Fame was founded in 2018 in order to recognize the historical pioneers, revolutionary ideas, and honor the leaders who have distinguished themselves through significant achievements that have advanced the field of dermatology. The prestigious nomination will highlight early achievements and successive innovators who have — and continue to — inspire, inform and improve treatment.

Starting in 2018, each year, the Dermatology Hall of Fame and its selection committee will be appointed by the Dermatology Hall of Fame Executive Board of Directors. The executive committee considers the election of either living or deceased persons or achievements whose contribution to the field of dermatology are deemed to have significantly impacted the field in a positive light indefinitely.
