SDPA State Liaison Form Application
Share |

A SDPA state liaison’s role is to represent the state in which the liaison resides in.  The liaison is the person that facilitates the communication and coordination of their state’s activities between the two organizations (state and SDPA).  The goal is to achieve the best utilization of resources and services of one organization by another.

By becoming a SDPA state liaison first, it will allow you to become familiar with the ins and outs of what it takes to become a state affiliate and help build a network and a team that can work together in providing a basis in becoming a state affiliate.  The SDPA wants to be in contact with every state so it can be a better functioning association as a whole.  After you formed your local network, you can be on your way to SDPA national affiliation.
