The SDPA is proud to offer discounted access to NetHealth’s 1st Ascent Registry for reporting of 2013 Melanoma PQRS measures to current PA and NP members.

Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners who care for Medicare patients with melanoma and bill for these services using their own individual NPI number are eligible to report.

Any services billed ‘incident to’ under the physician’s NPI number will be reported by the physician.

The cost to use the registry for current SDPA members is $179. This reflects a $100 discount which covers the cost of membership for the year.

For 2013 there is an incentive of .5% of all allowed 2013 Medicare Part B Fee-For-Service Claims for the reporting period.

The incentive will continue for 2014.

Failure to report, starting with services provided in 2013, will result in a penalty applied in 2015.

Data may be reported via the registry until January 15, 2014

*These benefit is currenlty only offered to current Fellow, Associate, or Affiliate SDPA members
