Membership Types
Fellow: A physician assistant who practices dermatology full or part time and is supervised by a board certified/board eligible dermatologist. ($100.00 annual fee)
Associate: Physician Assistant, who has a strong interest or practice emphasis in dermatology, but whose supervising physician is not a board certified/board eligible dermatologist. ($100.00 annual fee)
Affiliate: Health professionals or individuals employed by government agencies who do not qualify for any other membership category, who have an interest in dermatology and desire to be affiliated with the SDPA. ($100.00 annual fee)
Physician: A board certified/board eligible dermatologist who currently supervises a Fellow member of the SDPA and is interested in promoting their use as an integral part of the health care delivery team. (No fee)
Student: A student enrolled in a CAHEA, CAAHEP, or successor agency approved PA program, or an AAPA approved program. Student membership includes SDPA student website access, reduced CME costs, information on dermatology rotations, and mentoring. ($25.00 annual fee)
